I wanted to write you and thank you for what your product Flex HJ has done for our dog and for our family. Not long ago before we found you on the internet, we thought our dog was going to have to be put down because her quality of life was just not what it used to be. She has bad arthritis and we had tried other products that our Vet had recommended and nothing really seemed to work. I found you and called and spoke with a very nice young man who answered all my questions and I decided to try it. We want to order 4 more bottles of this stuff. If you remember our dog Princess is 13yrs old. She had x-rays that showed her spine and right elbow very much over grown with arthritis. She was limping very bad and did not want to walk. The pain reliever from our veterinarian did not get her up and going. We were very pessimistic about using your Flex HJ especially after seeing X-rays, but we had already got the 2 bottles and the Vet said it would not hurt her, so we started to use it. Two good spays a day on her morning food. I started at the same time to walk her for half a block on lease so that she had a good pace ( not a trot ). After 3 weeks and one bottle she trots half a block and walks half. When I take the leash off she still has a slight limp off her right leg. However she is trotting ( not running ) on her own. When in the park and trotting to chase squirrels. Your product has brought a better quality of life to our 13 yr. old baby ( hell for squirrels ) and we have to thank you for putting it on the internet or we never would have heard of it Thank You! When your sales representative came in, I tried to explain to him that we were happy with our current product. He convinced me to try it on a few of our more severe cases. I have to tell you, I was skeptical of your products as I had not heard of your company, nor had any of my distributors or any other DVM in the office.
